We issue fractions at 10€, the number depending on the amount of our participation in the project. When all our fractions have been sold, you can put them back on sale at any price you wish.
Over time, the value of the product changes, depending on its type (company shares, bonds). However, this value is accumulated until unwinding, and you do not receive any rent on your fractions.
If you wait until settlement, we will buy back your fractions at the adjusted value of the resold product. However, you may have sold your fractions earlier on our Marketplace, at a different price.
